Software Tool Only

Stripp3r provides self-directed software tools for users who connect their own Alpaca account. Stripp3r is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, signal provider, copy-trading service, or portfolio manager.

No Investment Advice

Stripp3r does not recommend securities, options, crypto, strategies, order timing, position sizing, or whether to buy, sell, hold, close, or modify any position. All decisions are made solely by the user.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for your own account access, API credentials, OAuth permissions, orders, automations, trading rules, and risk settings. You are responsible for reviewing every order before submission.

Alpaca Relationship

Brokerage services are provided by Alpaca, not Stripp3r. Stripp3r is a software interface that communicates with Alpaca’s API when authorized by the user.

Automations

Any automation rules are user-created and user-controlled. Stripp3r does not create trading strategies for users, recommend trades, or determine what users should trade.

Availability

Stripp3r may be unavailable due to maintenance, internet issues, third-party API outages, market data limitations, hosting problems, or other causes. You should not rely on Stripp3r as your only method of managing positions or orders.
